There’s no invoice or receipt included, so nothing ruins the surprise if you wish to simply wrap the unopened shipping box. We ship Australia-wide with complimentary Standard shipping and free Express shipping on orders over $200. Orders are processed in 2–4 business days, with tracking via Australia Post. Faulty or damaged items can be refunded or replaced within 14 days of delivery; change-of-mind exchanges are welcome within the same timeframe. Earrings are final sale unless faulty. Return and exchange shipping is at the buyer’s expense, unless faulty. Our 3-month warranty covers product faults and we also offer a paid repair service to keep your pieces looking their best.
